Cruise Cancellations Policy

At Sunseeker Travel Haven LLC, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policies are aligned with cruise line regulations and are designed to provide clarity and fairness to all our guests.

Standard Cancellation Timeline

  • 91+ days before departure: Full refund (minus service fees)
  • 61–90 days before departure: 25% of the total fare is non-refundable
  • 31–60 days before departure: 50% of the total fare is non-refundable
  • 15–30 days before departure: 75% of the total fare is non-refundable
  • 14 days or less: 100% cancellation fee applies

  • All cancellation requests must be made by phone or email to our customer support team.
  • Cruise line cancellation policies may differ slightly depending on the itinerary, promotional fares, or special conditions.
  • Service fees charged by Sunseeker Travel Haven LLC are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Refunds are processed only after receiving confirmation from the cruise supplier.

No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to check in or board the ship without prior notice are classified as "No-Show." In such cases, the full cruise fare is forfeited, and no refunds or credits will be issued.

Modifications & Exceptions

Any changes to your reservation, including cancellations due to medical emergencies or unforeseen events, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required to support the exception request.

Refund Timelines

Once a cancellation is confirmed and approved by the cruise line, please allow 60–90 business days for the refund to reflect on your original method of payment. Timing may vary based on the cruise provider and payment gateway used.
