We may update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform implies acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised Terms. Eligibility to Use the SunSeeker Travel Website

Legal Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America. The law also governs our rights and the rights of third parties. Disputes not resolved through informal means will be subject to mandatory arbitration and held in a US court unless both parties agree otherwise. You must notify us of any claims within six (6) months of your booking date
Arbitration Agreement
All claims that are filed must be resolved through arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), unless your claim qualifies for small claims court in New Jersey. This includes claims against SunSeeker Travel, its affiliates, or any related service provider. You may conduct arbitration by phone or in person at a location agreed upon by both parties. Arbitration will follow AAA guidelines.
In order to begin the arbitration process, you need to send us a letter of request to the SunSeeker Travel legal team that includes the details of your Claims. If we ask for an arbitration against you, you will be given complete details along with the notice via the email address that was shared with us. You should read the AAA’s instructions, that is available on their official website, or simply reach out to us on …………………… for better clarity.
Please note:
- Arbitration will be on an individual basis only.
- No claims may be joined or pursued as part of a class action.
- If your case proceeds in court, you waive the right to a jury trial.
Travel Information - General
Once you confirm your booking with SunSeeker Travel, we will provide all relevant details related to your cruise itinerary, travel arrangements, and other key terms. This includes destination insights, special packages, schedules, and other applicable information. These informations are provided to us by third-party suppliers like tour operators and others. We ensure that all the information we share is accurate and up-to-date. However, we cannot guarantee the same because the information available on the website keeps changing without providing any prior notice. SunSeeker Travel is not liable for any inaccuracies or changes made by these external partners.
As the user of SunSeeker Travel, we expect you to understand all the legal requirements of traveling, which include visas, passports, health insurance and others, and provide us with the same for a smooth booking. While we offer tools and customer support to help guide you through the booking process, the ultimate responsibility to obtain and carry the correct travel documents lies with you, the traveler. The SunSeeker Travel acts solely as an intermediary between you and the cruise service providers, facilitating your booking through our website and support team, but we do not operate or control the services delivered by third-party suppliers.
You should read all the Terms mentioned carefully for other Terms of services and bookings available on SunSeeker Travel. For example, on making a flight booking, ensure that you have carefully gone through the terms related to the airlines on the website. Make sure that you are abiding by all of its terms and conditions. We can guarantee your airfare booking only after you have made the purchase and completed the transaction process. It is after this that you will be issued the ticket provided to us by our supplier. In some cases, the airline may change its prices without any prior notice to the SunSeeker Travel; then we are liable for these changes. We, as your travel agency, hold the right to cancel any reservation if the payment is not received by the deadline specified during booking.
If your flight involves multiple airlines, you must review and adhere to the separate terms and conditions for each airline, which you can easily find on our website. Airlines often have different rules and unique policies regarding schedule changes, fees, and ticket modifications. If a change or cancellation by one airline affects your connecting flight with another carrier, you will be responsible for any resulting fees or for booking an alternate option. SunSeeker Travel does not hold liability for disruptions caused by independent airline schedule adjustments. You will be solely responsible for the same and may have to purchase a new ticket and bear the cost of the fee. In many cases, the airlines charge a fee for making changes, refunds or exchanges, the cost of which shall be borne by you. Always keep your outbound and return tickets, along with the confirmation email, handy throughout your journey. Some airlines may request proof of a return ticket during check-in.
For greater flexibility, we suggest booking two one-way flights instead of a single round-trip ticket. This approach often results in more flight choices and competitive pricing across different carriers. However, one-way flights are subject to the individual policies of each airline. In the event of a delay or change to one leg of your journey that impacts the other, any applicable charges will be your responsibility. SunSeeker Travel is not liable for such issues resulting from split-booking itineraries.
Additionally, if you're booking flights through low-cost carriers, the fare shown may have been converted from another currency into USD for your convenience. As a result, there may be slight differences between the displayed and final charge due to currency exchange rate fluctuations. Your bank may also apply international transaction fees depending on your card issuer and the nature of the purchase.
SunSeeker Travel Terms & Conditions for Cruise Travel
PRICING INFORMATION
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all cruise prices listed on the SunSeeker Travel website are quoted in U.S. dollars, based on double occupancy per traveler. Please note that these prices do not include applicable government taxes, port fees, airfare, or additional surcharges. A non-refundable processing fee per booking applies and is not included in the package price. Every cruise company has the right to add fuel surcharge pricing, which is not added to the listed price, and should be paid by you before departure. The special-rate passengers are requested to show their IDs issued by the government, such as a driver's license, passport, or birth certificate, at the time of boarding. These IDs are requested as proof of their address or age.
Even though the SunSeeker Travel tries to present information completely on the website, it cannot be held accountable for any typographical errors, omissions or changes in content and pricing. The ship, stateroom, departure date, and departure city all affect the exact pricing. Final pricing may vary depending on the ship, stateroom selection, sail date, or port of departure. Promotions, upgrades, and discount offers are limited-time only, subject to availability, and may be modified or withdrawn at any point without notice. Promotional codes—when valid—are applicable solely toward the SunSeeker Travel service fee and are only valid for specific travel dates, ships, cabin categories, and itineraries. Group rates and other discounts may not be combined with promotional upgrades.
Bookings made over the phone using a credit card may involve currency conversion fees depending on your location and card provider. All rates and availability are dynamic and can change without prior notification. To avoid cancellation penalties or booking termination, please ensure that all remaining payments are made by the due date listed in your booking confirmation email. Failure to pay the full balance on time may result in forfeiture of your reservation and additional late fees.
PASSENGER NAME ACCURACY
Luggage allowances are determined by each cruise line which may vary depending on your itinerary and cabin type. If you want to be aware of the latest information, keep visiting the official website and view the updates of the specific cruise line. However, we are not responsible for providing any information to the traveler regarding the changes made in the baggage allowances. It is entirely up to the traveler to stay informed about the changes in cruise lines and operators before confirming their reservation. Ensure compliance with baggage limits prior to departure. Please review your cruise line’s baggage terms thoroughly, as the number and size of bags may apply.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
If you have any special requirements that need to be communicated with us, please contact our Cruise experts directly or email us at support@sunseekertravelhaven.com. This special information can be regarding various aspects, including traveling with infants, dietary preferences, mobility concerns, or medical requirements. The SunSeeker Travel support team will be available to assist you in coordinating these requests and will communicate them to the cruise operator on your behalf. While we make every effort to accommodate your preferences, all special arrangements are subject to cruise line approval and availability.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Refund-eligible rates apply only to cruise deposits and must be paid in full by the specified due date. Please note that processing fees are not included in this refundable amount. Group contracts and charter sailings are excluded from these offers and may have separate terms.
To change or cancel your cruise reservation, you must contact SunSeeker Travel directly. Requests submitted through the cruise line will not be honored. Not all bookings are fully refundable, and cancellation penalties may apply based on the cruise operator’s policy.
Please be aware:
- Any changes to the number of guests after final confirmation are not permitted.
- Cancellations may incur both a supplier-imposed fee and a SunSeeker Travel service fee.
- Once the cruise has commenced, no alterations or refunds will be issued.

SunSeeker Travel Terms & Conditions for Hotel Reservations
All hotel descriptions, photos, amenities, and product details that are listed on SunSeeker Travel are provided directly by our third-party suppliers. We do not hold responsibility for any inaccuracies or outdated information that could arise due to the changes made by the supplier. Requests for special features such as smoking or non-smoking rooms, lake or garden views, adjoining rooms, or specific bedding preferences, etc., are implemented on specific requests and are not guaranteed. While most hotels do their best to accommodate such preferences, fulfillment is entirely at their discretion.
Some rates listed may require eligibility through specific memberships such as government affiliations, corporate programs, AAA, or AARP. The offered discount rates on bookings will require you to be present at the time of check-in to identify your eligibility. Failure to provide the necessary documents may result in the hotel charging you the regular rate, However, SunSeeker Travel or our hotel partners are not responsible for any price adjustments or refunds in such cases.
As a user at SunSeeker Travel, you should know that we or our hotel supplier cannot issue any refund for the unused rooms due to early check-outs. Some hotels may offer additional services such as airport transfers or shuttle services. These are managed solely by the hotel and are subject to availability and separate charges. To avail their services, you must contact the hotel directly prior to your arrival to confirm the availability of the service and the pricing associated with it. Meanwhile, a few hotels also grant a Booking Bonus offer for free services like breakfast, tours, and others. These offerings vary by property and are not managed or guaranteed by SunSeeker Travel. It is advisable to check directly with the hotel to verify which bonus services apply to your booking and their availability at the time of your stay
Pet Policy:
You should contact the hotel directly to verify whether pets are permitted on the property. SunSeeker Travel is not responsible for the individual pet policies of hotels, including any associated fees or breed/size restrictions. Each hotel sets its own rules regarding the type, size, and breed of pets allowed, and these may vary significantly from one property to another.
Pre-Paid Reservations:
When you make a pre-paid reservation, it will usually be charged on your credit card at the time of booking. This payment generally covers only the room reservation base amount and does not include any additional charges such as resort fees, utility surcharges, cleaning fees, or minibar usage. However, the incidental charges, such as meals, entertainment, in-room movies, games, phone calls or parking, are billed separately by the hotel and are not applied to your reservation charges.
Pre-Paid Booking Vouchers:
Certain hotel properties may request a booking voucher upon check-in as proof of your reservation. If this applies to your selected accommodation, SunSeeker Travel will provide the necessary voucher in your confirmation email. Please ensure you print a copy and carry it with you to present at the hotel’s front desk during check-in.
Meal Plans:
We arrange your meals based on the selections you made during the booking process. If your hotel package includes meal options and you have paid for the same at the time of the booking, you will be provided with all the meals accordingly. Alternatively, some properties offer accommodations like serviced apartments that include kitchen facilities, giving you the option to prepare your own meals.
Hotels often use the following abbreviations to describe meal inclusions:
- RO – Room Only (No meals)
- BB – Bed & Breakfast
- HB – Half Board (Breakfast and Dinner)
- FB – Full Board (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner)
- AI – All Inclusive (All meals and selected drinks/snacks)
Room Only (RO): The accommodation rate covers only the room, wherein meals are not included.
Self-Catering (SC): No meals are included in your stay. However, facilities are provided for to prepare your own food.
Bed & Breakfast (B&B): The booking includes your morning meal each day.
Half Board (HB): Your stay includes breakfast and dinner. Some properties may allow you to switch dinner for lunch. Confirmation is subject to availability upon arrival.
Full Board (FB): All three meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, are added to your booking rate.
All-Inclusive (AI): This package includes all meals, select local beverages, access to entertainment options, and use of certain non-motorized water activities provided by the hotel.
No-Show Policy:
A ‘no-show’ occurs when you do not check in at the reserved desk and fail to inform the hotel in advance. In such cases, you must contact the hotel directly. It is entirely up to the hotel to decide whether they want to apply a penalty or retain your deposit amount.
Hotel Confirmation:
Hotel confirmations can take up to 24 hours to process your booking and issue the voucher. Once your booking is initiated and confirmed with SunSeeker Travel, you are informed via email, which will include your reservation reference number, trip itinerary, and any added services selected at the time of booking. We also advise confirming your reservation directly with the hotel 24 hours before your scheduled check-in. For bookings made closer to the check-in date, the hotel typically receives your reservation details within 72 hours of arrival. Once we receive final confirmation from the property, we will send you your booking voucher. For added peace of mind, call the hotel directly about three days prior to check-in.
Hotel Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
If your travel plans change and you need to modify or cancel your hotel reservation, please contact our customer support via phone or email. Below are some important notes regarding cancellation and amendment policies:
- During high-demand events or peak seasons, such as major holidays or large-scale events like the Olympics, policies may differ. Please reach out to confirm any seasonal changes that may affect your booking.

- For extended stays, a new reservation is required and may not be offered at the same rate as the original booking.
- Hotels generally do not issue credits or refunds for early check-outs or unused nights.
- In certain situations, we reserve the right to charge you for any expenses, losses, or damages incurred due to cancellations or changes you made.
- Refunds due to no-shows or early departures are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of both SunSeeker Travel and the hotel supplier.
Payment, Taxes, and Fees
Your credit or debit card may be charged additional amounts related to taxes and processing fees when finalizing a hotel booking. These charges cover costs incurred in securing your reservation, including payments made to the hotel on your behalf.
Taxes may include, but are not limited to, occupancy taxes, sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), and resort fees. Some jurisdictions also impose government-mandated taxes that are collected by us instead of being paid directly to local authorities.
The amount charged may differ from what is paid to the hotel. Any remaining balance is retained by SunSeeker Travel as part of our service fee and may include earnings from the transaction.
If you decide to cancel or make changes to your hotel reservation, please note that SunSeeker Travel’s service fee is non-refundable. In addition to our fee, the hotel may apply cancellation penalties in line with their individual policies.
SunSeeker Travel does not directly collect or remit taxes to any governmental authority. The hotel suppliers or vendors are responsible for setting and collecting taxes applicable to your booking. We act solely as a booking intermediary and are not affiliated with these vendors as co-sellers, even when your reservation is processed through our platform.
Tax rates and fees may vary based on the property’s location and are determined by the governing jurisdiction. When you make a reservation, your payment may include an estimate of the taxes that the hotel or local government requires us to collect and remit. These may include occupancy taxes, sales tax, or VAT.
Rates shown in currencies other than USD are based on current conversion estimates at the time of booking and should be viewed as approximate values. Final amounts may differ based on your bank or card provider's conversion rate.
Hotel charges typically apply on a per-room, per-night basis. Additional charges may apply for extra services such as meals, entertainment, parking, or in-room purchases, which are considered incidental and must be paid directly at the property.
Source of Inventory
SunSeeker Travel sources inventory from various hotel suppliers. We are not responsible for third-party errors unless the issue is a direct result of our actions. All bookings and disputes will be governed by U.S. law, unless otherwise stated by the hotel supplier. In the event of a legal issue arising from a reservation made on our platform, the matter will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts in the state of New Jersey.
Cancellation of Hotel and Its Terms

Your request will only be processed once we receive a written request and you agree to the applicable terms. If your booking is classified as non-refundable, our team will inform you at the time of booking.

Pricing Policy
All fares listed on www.sunseekertravelhaven.com are subject to change at any time and are not guaranteed until full payment is received and a booking confirmation is issued. Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive an email containing your e-ticket, itinerary, and confirmation number. If you do not receive this email, your reservation may not be confirmed.
Fare prices are displayed in USD unless mentioned otherwise. In the event of a fare revision after booking but before ticketing, we will inform you and provide the option to continue or cancel your reservation. Prices are locked in only after the ticket is issued.
If payment is not completed within the designated window, SunSeeker Travel reserves the right to cancel the booking. Additionally, tickets must be used in the order in which segments appear—deviation may result in cancellation by the airline.
Airline Baggage Policy
Each airline maintains its own baggage guidelines, including allowances, fees, and size/weight restrictions. While SunSeeker Travel strives to provide the most accurate and up-to-date baggage information, we rely on the respective airline’s published data and cannot guarantee its accuracy. Therefore, we strongly encourage all travelers to review baggage details directly on the airline’s website or contact them before departure. Please note that baggage fees are generally not included in the fare shown during booking unless explicitly stated.
Check-In Guidelines
Different airlines follow different check-in procedures. It is the passenger's responsibility to confirm the airline-specific check-in requirements before travel. As a general recommendation, SunSeeker Travel advises that travelers check in as follows:
- Domestic flights: At least 90 minutes before departure
- International flights: At least 3 hours prior to scheduled departure
Flight Schedule Changes
Airlines may adjust flight schedules for reasons such as adverse weather, technical issues, operational challenges, or other unexpected disruptions. Changes may affect your route (e.g., converting a nonstop flight into a connecting one), and these changes are at the discretion of the airline.
If a flight is rescheduled or canceled, we will do our best to notify you via email or phone. However, since airlines are not always required to inform third-party agencies immediately, we recommend confirming your flight details directly with the airline at least 72 hours before departure to avoid unexpected changes.
In the event of a flight cancellation, the airline will determine the available rebooking or refund options. Once you’ve checked in or are at the airport, the airline assumes full control over your travel, including any delays, rebookings, or cancellations. SunSeeker Travel will assist you in understanding the available next steps, but the final decision and execution rest with the airline.
Health Requirements
We recommend checking in with a medical professional before international travel, especially when visiting regions with known health advisories. Some countries may require certain vaccinations, medications, or health certifications for entry.
Since these requirements may change at any time, we advise you to stay updated through official health resources and obtain all necessary inoculations or prescriptions prior to departure. Meeting health requirements is your responsibility, and failure to do so could result in travel restrictions or denial of entry.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Unless specified otherwise, bookings made on SunSeeker Travel are generally non-refundable. For any cancellation inquiries, you may contact our customer service team at support@sunseekertravelhaven.com or call us directly.
Refundable bookings are subject to an administrative cancellation fee, as well as any additional charges imposed by the airline or service provider. A cancellation request is processed only once approved by the airline. Once confirmed, refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will send an acknowledgment email confirming the start of the process. Our refund process depends on the timeline of the supplier (typically the airline), and once we receive funds from them, additional time may be required to complete the refund. Please allow 60 to 90 days for the entire process to reflect on your payment account.
In some cases, airlines may apply additional fare differences or change fees. Please note that after a booking is confirmed, name changes are not permitted, and any correction or rebooking may incur additional charges. To avoid such issues, double-check all traveler details before finalizing your booking.
Special Requests: Seats, Meals & Frequent Flyer Programs

Final decisions regarding seat assignments, meal provisions, or frequent flyer mile credits lie solely with the airline and are subject to their policies and operational discretion.
Airlines reserve the right to alter seat allocations at any time, often without prior notification. Even if your request appears to be accepted at the time of booking, it is your responsibility to verify these arrangements directly with the airline before your departure. SunSeeker Travel is not liable for any unmet special requests.
Unaccompanied Minor Policy
SunSeeker Travel does not permit bookings made by or for unaccompanied minors through our platform. A minor is defined as any individual under the age of 16. Airline policies vary widely on this subject—some carriers may permit minors to travel alone only on nonstop flights, while others prohibit such travel altogether. Additional charges may also apply at the time of check-in for minors traveling without a guardian.
