1. Cruise Booking & Confirmation

All cruise bookings are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until full payment has been received and a confirmation email with cruise details is issued. It is the traveler's responsibility to verify all details including passenger information, travel dates, and itinerary prior to departure.

2. Payment & Pricing

Prices listed on our website may change at any time without prior notice. All cruise fares include base price, taxes, and applicable service fees unless otherwise noted. Promotions and discounts may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations are subject to fees and penalties as outlined in our Refund Policy. Refunds, if eligible, are processed according to the cruise line’s rules and Sunseeker Travel Haven LLC’s post-ticketing policies.

4. Changes & Modifications

Name corrections, changes in itinerary, or upgrade requests may incur additional charges. All changes must be requested through our customer service center and are subject to the cruise provider’s approval and availability.

5. Travel Documentation

It is the traveler’s responsibility to carry valid passports, visas, and travel authorizations required by departure, transit, or destination countries. Sunseeker Travel Haven LLC assumes no liability for denied boarding or delays caused by incomplete or invalid documents.

6. Health, Vaccination, and Safety Requirements

Some cruise lines and countries require proof of vaccinations or health declarations. All travelers must meet health requirements imposed by cruise lines or ports of call. Failure to comply may result in denied boarding without compensation.

7. Responsibility and Liability

Sunseeker Travel Haven LLC acts as an intermediary between customers and cruise providers. We are not responsible for cruise line operations, schedule changes, port closures, or onboard incidents. Liability for any delays, personal injury, or property loss lies with the cruise provider.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, medical expenses, and emergencies. Insurance policies must be purchased separately and are not included in cruise fares.

9. Code of Conduct Onboard

All passengers are expected to behave respectfully and follow shipboard policies. Cruise providers reserve the right to remove any guest causing disruption or violating conduct rules, with no entitlement to refunds.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States, and any disputes arising from use of our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within our legal jurisdiction.
